Payment of all orders are required before the garments can be picked up or shipped. Delinquent or late payments will be assessed fees based on the nature of the situation. Outstanding orders not received by customers are under jurisdiction of PROGRESS OF DESIGN. By agreeing to these terms the customer requesting these works forfeits any claims against PROGRESS OF DESIGN in the appropriation of unclaimed or unused garments, furthermore test prints of the customers design(s) may be donated to charity or turned into recycled waste by PROGRESS OF DESIGN. We will never unlawfully vend customer merchandise. In cases of non payment or unclaimed requested orders PROGRESS OF DESIGN HAS THE RIGHT TO RECOUP DAMAGES AGAINST THE VALUE OF ORDERED ITEMS. All customers that fall into this area will be notified by E-mail and Phone call to the primary PROGRESS OF DESIGN account holder. We record all communications as our record that we have made every effort possible to avoid conflict. Ignored requests will be treated as forfeiting of rights of prosecution.

Payment terms can be arranged with the following conditions: Payment must be received within 30 days of product delivery. All outstanding balances remaining after 30 days are subject to 24.99% interest rate annually. Interest rated from the original order total.

Problems with printed garments must be claimed within 72 hours of receiving the order. Thereafter NO-REFUNDS will be available NO EXCEPTIONS. It is your responsibility to check your order to make sure everything is correct. We are not responsible for any holes or defects in the actual garments themselves. Finally, by accepting these terms you are giving PROGRESS OF DESIGN permission to use photographs, sketches, and other visual reproductions of your artwork in our promotional and/or marketing items. If you would not like your artwork reproduced or have specific artwork requirements please contact us with the details. We reserve the right to place a small advertisement sticker on the interior of any garment printed or designed by PROGRESS OF DESIGN.
