POFD is an acronym for progress of design.

You ask why isn't it just 'POD' since when abbreviating words for an acronym normally one uses only the first letter of each word?

Well, honestly, we dont like just 'POD' and since we are Michigan Natives we grew up hearing U of M (The University of Michigan) and took a liking to it.

Now doesn't that make sense?

If your artwork wont upload through our online management tool (opms), then please do one of many things.
1. Upload your files to our ftp. Here is the info:

PLEASE MAKE A NEW FOLDER WITH YOUR PROJECT NAME!!!
additionally, please let us know that you uploaded it, as with the online system we get an e-mail automatically. while the ftp does not send an e-mail.

2.go to www.yousendit.com and use their service to e-mail your files.
Send the files to this address: info@pofd.com

You can do 1 of 2 things.

  1. Call us and we can do it over the phone.
  2. Go to http://opms.progressofdesign.com/password_help.php use the e-mail address you used to register the account. You will then receive an e-mail containing your password.

Yes of course, this is how we do most of our shipping. Please call us to arrange shipping times and please double and triple check address of venues and promoters as this is the biggest problem with this type of shipment.

Yes. However, orders need to be paid in full before they leave our shop. If you cannot pick up your shirts during business hours, we can arrange after hours pickup.

To do so please call us to arrange it (248.982.4247). All after hours pick ups that are not paid in full at time of pickup must have a credit card on file as a deposit.

Due to these conditions we are not able to accept a return. Our standard policy is to allow you 72 hours to check your items to report any damage. Thereafter, you are S.O.L.
