Due to these conditions we are not able to accept a return. Our standard policy is to allow you 72 hours to check your items to report any damage. Thereafter, you are S.O.L.

  1. Existing stains from manufacturer.
  2. Product sizing
  3. Problems with the product brand. you should inform us if you have a preference (however, we always ask anyway.)
  4. If a certain product was not available and we replaced it with another ( for example, we printed 99
    on fruit and 1 on jerzees because of availability. if it a considerable amount of shirts that require a different brand we will contact you.)
  5. Tears, holes, or loose strings cause by manufacturer.
  6. Actual garment color variations. (if mixing brands, some brands colors shift
    differently.)
  7. Damage caused during shipping (this will be covered by shipping insurance)
  8. If we match to a pantone color, and you do not
    like it but matches the pantone book, it doesnt not constitute a return.
  9. Smudged or blurred ink that occurred because of something that you requested.
  10. Spelling or design mistakes that were not the fault of pofd. (if you approved the image and it was
    wrong, you are liable for the mistake)
  11. You mis-ordered your quantities. (all customers should review their orders online.)
  12. If a re-order ink color doesnt match precisely. (if not pantone matched was matched re-order colors cannot be guaranteed)
